I enjoyed reading your first blogs today! I think there were some excellent ideas on how we can use blogging in our classroom. One idea was to blog about books! I can really see that getting people excited to read and work on their writing at the same time! How cool is that? Another idea was to work on our keyboarding skills that we learned while making sure we are using what we have learned with our 6 Trait writing! Which leads me to other questions that you must answer. How important is it to stay out of trouble with the C.O.P.S.? What does each of the letters stand for and how can that help our blogging? How do you think this will personally help you? I am excited to read what you have to say about today’s lesson!

1. I think it is very inportant to use C.O.P.S. (C. captitalize. O. overal apperance. P. punctuation. C. spelling). 2. Allready ansered.

I think the C.O.P.S is a good way to have your blogs be accurate.
C- Capitalize
O- Overall apperance
P- Punctuation
S- Spelling
The C.O.P.S. can help me when I look back at my blog, then I can think of C.O.P.S and find my mistaces and correct them.

C.O.P.S is a way to remember capitalisation overall apperance punctuation and spelling.
It will make you not look like a goof.

It is very important to stay out of trouble with the C.O.P.S. . Somebody might not understand what you are saying , because you make a mistake. C stands for capitalize. O stands for overall apperance. P stands for puncation. S stands for spelling. You don’t want to make a mistake or do something else wrong. C.O.P.S can really help you so, always remember C.O.P.S when you are blogging.

Blogging has been really fun so far. I think I have heard of C.O.P.S. before, and I think it is important to use in anything anyone writes, wether it is seen by the public or not, because it is important to get into the habit of writing the correct way. Later, someone might think of you a certain way because of it.
I now know what C.O.P.S stands for; C stands for capitalization, O stands for overall apearance, P stands for punctuation and S stands for spelling. I think that will be pretty easy to memorize, but I don’t usually take shotcuts in writing anyway.

It’s important to stay out of trouble with the C.O.P.S. because you always want to have things looking, spelling right, and punctuation, because of job interviews and other things you need to have spelled right, ect. Remember- You never know who might be reading! You don’t want to look lazy!!

C.O.P.S. can help you by remembering what you need to do to make things look nice, and to make you look smart! If you are ever stuck, just remember C.O.P.S.
I think it will help me by remembering to always type things the best you can or you just end up looking dumb. Remembering C.O.P.S. will help me and it should help the rest of us!!!

It is very important to stay out of trouble with the C.O.P.S. because this is going on the Internet. Anyone can read this now, so if you do not check it people may think you are messy. C.O.P.S. stands for Capitalize Overall apperance Punctuation Spelling. This will help me because sometimes I like to write very fast, so, C.O.P.S. will help me slow down and check it over.

I enjoyed blogging to you while you were getting other notes from the students. Yes I agree too that there are some good ideas.
The idea is good. If we were to get our typing up people would be better and so they won’t look at the key boards. Well you can keep out of the cops by remembering C.O.P.S. C stands for capitalize. O stands for overall apperance. P stnds for punctuation

That is very cool. It is important to stay out of trouble with the C.O.P.S. because you want to make sure you have correct spelling, capitalizetion, and punctuation. You also want to make sure you have good overall apperance. The letters stand for, C. capitalize, O. overall apperance, P punctuation S. spelling. These letters can help me while I blog because I can check myself using the letters C.O.P.S. I think this will personally help me when I am taking to someone on the cumputer, can check myself befor I send it to them.

I think that is really cool! I also think it is really important to stay out of trouble with C.O.P.S because the way you write and present yourself, reflects you and how much you care about what you do. The C in C.O.P.S standsfor Capitilize, it helps to remind you to capitalize at the beginning of each sentence and a proper noun. The O in C.O.P.S stands for Overall Apperence, it reminds you to make your work presentable and neat so that people can read it and understand it. The P in C.O.P.S stands for Punctuation, it reminds you to add commas, periods, exclamation points, and other punctuations where they belong. The S in C.O.P.S stands for Spelling, it reminds you to check over your spelling to make sure people can easlily read it and understnad it. I think spelling goes hand in hand with the O in C.O.P.S. I think C.O.P.S will help me in the future when i try to apply for a job or write a business letter. I am excited to blog more and more in ILA.

It is important staying out of trouble on c.o.p.s because if one of us do or say something that is bad like maybe a bad word or something else. If we do something we can get our computer taken away,or even if you are at home and did something that is bad you may be seeing the cops at your door, or ending up in jail. C.O.P.S. is a word that, well means this: C.stands for Capitalize O.stands for Overall apperance P stands for Punctuation and lastly S. stands for Spelling. This might help by understanding what you have to do before blogging and if you don’t know what one is, you look it up in the dictionary to find what it means. This all together might help your personality by improving your skills by what C.O.P.S really means.

I think it is very important to stay out of trouble with C.O.P.S. because if you post a comment and it has a whole ton of typo’s (or just a few) it is still kind of humiliating if you have some dumb mistakes, that you would have caught if you would have looked over your writting a few times.

I think that C.O.P.S. will help with blogging by giving you a list of things to check over once you are done typing it up, and it will help with making sure that your work is the best you can make it.
